  • How can I consume your CBD?
The CBD products we offer have different applications adapted to different lifestyles and preferences. For instance, our oils can be consumed with a  sublingual dose under the tongue, applied on your skin, or blent in a health-conscious smoothie. All our various products come with instructions. Orders & Shipments

  • How long does it take to receive the items I have purchased?

At Simply Rikki, we take pride in our shipping speed and make sure to keep our clients satisfied with our service. You can expect a delivery time of 3-4 business days after purchase for US national shipments. Please note that processing your order may take up to 2 business days. Tracking information from the carrier might not be available immediately, we usually send them to our clients as soon as available.

  • Does Simply Rikki ship to all 50 states?

Yes, we do ship to all 50 states. We ship our proprietary organic hemp oil extracts to all 50 states since our products hemp contain less than 0.3% THC. As our products contain less than 0.3% THC, we are allowed by U.S. Federal Law to ship our products to your doorstep no matter where you live in the US.

  • Can I purchase your CBD products in a store?

We have a network of resellers and distributors. Click here to get the list of stores where our products are available. If you need to become an official retailer of our CBD products, please contact us directly. As stores sometimes sell out quickly, we recommend to our clients to call these stores before visiting them to make sure they have Simply Rikki CBD products in stock. 

  • Can I return a product?
